While in Chicago, I visited Bistro 110 for lunch with my mom and had the most amazing sandwich ever, the Croque de Lume! Roasted vegetables in a pesto sauce with melted cheese on top of the brioche bread! ahhhhmazing!

Okay, I’m not one to like meat, but one of the meats that I do not mind is Prosciutto. It has a light yet full flavor and mixed with Comté or Gruyère cheese makes for an awesome sandwich! Check out the recipe by Marcus Samuelsson!
